Surviving Picasso




The movie I watched is Surviving Picasso. Picasso was a great painter. The movie talks about Picasso's life. The most big part was about his lovers. In the movie, there were seven women have relationship with him, but he never got married with anyone. This movie was talks about he loved with a girl who'name was Françoise. The girl only twenty three years old, but Picasso was sixty seven. They were fall in love, also he got one boy and one girl with her.They were together ten years, than Françoise left him. Picasso start his new life when he already seventy four years old.

AIC Reflection



Last week we went to Art Institute. I had learned a lot of things about art. That was a great trip for us to learning art. I took a lot of note and details about arts. The most memorable painting was Sky Above Clouds IV. The artist was Georgia O'Keefe. I saw many white square on the big blue ocean. That was a huge painting. Also I learned how to describe a art work. I also learned many of professional art words such as contrast, line, ect. Finally Gitte taught us how to find out what was the artist wants to show their thought. I learned many of art knowledge at trip.That was a great experience for me.

Experience of AIC website







The most Oldest AXE in the World.

These two Axese were the most oldest Axese in the world. These were 3000-4000 years old. These were the first tools human were start used. These were fund at China. China was the one of the oldest country in the world. The white one was 27.6*7.4*.9cm. The yellow one was 17.1*6.9*0.3cm. Both were Songze culture. These were great discerd. We could start research the oldest people before 3000-4000years were start knew use tools to help their life.

Public Art tour





















Before I thought Navy Pier was the part of the public art place. So I went to there to took a picture of it. The Malilyn Monroe was a new public art they had set up on the Michigan Ave and north wacker. The stone sculpture was builded at wacker drive, and Dearborn street. Chicago likes a big art and architecture museum. There were many nice building and placese for visit.
